Senior Sales Executive - Memorial Showroom

A J Mills Master Masons Limited is a well-established, family-run business with over 30 years of experience.

We are now looking for a compassionate, customer-focused

Senior Sales Executive

to lead our showroom. This is a customer-facing role, supporting families during a sensitive time as they select a memorial for a loved one.

A calm, empathetic, and professional manner is essential.

About the Role:

Whilst previous industry experience is not required,

strong customer service and sales experience is essential.

Full product training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with families to advise on suitable products and services. Design memorials using our in-house computer system (full training provided). Communicate effectively with suppliers, cemeteries, and councils. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure final products meet specifications. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and concerns promptly. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet performance targets.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Previous customer-facing sales experience (essential). Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent telephone and communication skills. Highly organised, punctual, and detail oriented. Comfortable working independently and as part of a supportive team. A compassionate and professional demeanour, with outstanding interpersonal skills. Motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic.
