Position: Senior Sales Executive / Team Leader
Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire
OTE: 50,000+ per annum

Piccadilly Kia Wakefield is seeking a Senior Sales Executive / Team Leader to support the Head of Business, working alongside our professional and successful sales team.

Our modern dealership has recently undergone a full Global Store Concept redesign, complete with brand-new staff welfare facilities, and continues to thrive with the award-winning Kia range. We sell an exciting line-up of EVs including the recently launched EV3, EV4 & EV5, as well as Kia's bestselling car, the Sportage, and all new Stonic. One of the few Brands with a class leading A segment car, the New Picanto. And high-quality part exchanges.

What we're looking for:

Strong focus on

new car sales

Ability to learn and retain product knowledge to deliver a professional service Good IT knowledge, and quick to learn our Dealer Management System and processes Customer-focused, supportive of the sales team, and confident in "double facing" customers to close the deal Skilled negotiator, target-driven, passionate about customer care Willingness to sell cars personally when required to maximise performance Ability to understand and apply manufacturer sales programmes, finance offers, Motability schemes, and dealership processes to ensure no opportunities are missed Comfortable selling

new cars profitably

to our database and new customers, while managing quality part exchanges
Requirements:

MUST have a minimum of 24 months' franchise dealership experience as a Senior Sales Executive, Sales Controller or Business Manager Proven, consistent track record of sales success Ideally, experience in both successful independent dealerships and larger groups
This position will appeal to anyone seeking to maximise their earning potential and join a team that genuinely enjoys coming to work. The successful applicant will work closely with the Head of Business and the sales team, benefiting from a very rewarding commission structure with achievable OTE.
