We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join Q BOARD, a fast-growing company importing furniture raw materials directly from overseas manufacturers without intermediaries.
This is a field-based sales role with a strong focus on face-to-face customer visits across the UK, supported by regular phone and CRM-based customer follow-ups. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base, strengthening long-term relationships, and driving sales growth in a high-potential market.
Our core customers include kitchen manufacturers, residential furniture producers, and office furniture manufacturers. The role offers a competitive base salary plus a
high commission
structure, reflecting performance and results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct regular
face-to-face visits
with existing and potential customers across the UK
Actively promote and sell imported furniture raw material products, including:
*MDF
*Chipboard
*Lacquered panels
*Acrylic panels
*PVC panels
*Edgeband
Identify, approach, and acquire new customers within the furniture manufacturing sector
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM systems
Represent the Q BOARD brand professionally in all customer interactions and site visits
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support business growth
Work independently in the field while coordinating closely with the internal team
