We are looking to recruit a Senior Negotiator within our Woolpit team with a proven track record to lead and inspire. The ideal candidates will have a wealth of experience in the estate agency industry, with a strong background in building and nurturing relationships with clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate and whilst ideally they would have an in-depth knowledge of the industry, they must in any event be articulate, well presented, possess excellent verbal/written communication and be able to demonstrate people skills across a broad demographic. The role will require development of the business, the ability to manage people and maintain the company's position as one of the region's most prominent and prestigious estate agencies.

We offer an attractive tailored package comprising a basic salary, commission and bonus structure in addition to a pension scheme.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-50,000.00 per year
