Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator (Landlord & Investment Focus)

South Wales | Full-Time | Basic 25,000 + Commission | OTE 40,000-50,000

We are a fast-growing property investment agency in South Wales, specialising in working with landlords who are looking to sell and building long-term lettings portfolios. We're looking for an ambitious and proactive Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator to take the lead in winning new business, driving instructions, and expanding our presence in the landlord and investor market.

This is not your typical high-street agency role you'll be at the heart of the investment property sector, networking with landlords, attending events, and creating opportunities that grow our stock and brand.

The Role

Carry out sales and lettings valuations, securing landlord and vendor instructions. Build relationships with landlords looking to sell investment stock. Win new lettings instructions and help expand our managed portfolio. Network and attend property events to generate leads and represent our brand. Negotiate offers and progress deals through to completion. Play a key role in shaping the branch's growth strategy and mentoring junior staff.
About You

Ideally At least 1 years' experience in estate agency (sales, lettings, or both). Strong track record in winning landlord instructions. Confident networker enjoys attending events and building relationships. Ambitious, target-driven, and highly motivated to earn commission. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Must hold a full UK driving licence and have your own vehicle (company car provided after successful trial period).
