We are excited to be recruiting for a new Senior Sales Negotiator & Account Lead to join our Mayfair luxury property team, to manage and grow our affiliation with Christies International Real Estate (CIRE). This role will suit an experienced negotiator looking for a new challenge and the unique opportunity to act as the account lead for CIRE. You will have the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of residential properties, generating new sales business for the office.

Main tasks:



Senior Negotiator for our Mayfair Luxury property team Act as our key referral contact for our network of Christies International Real Estate Worldwide network and the Christies Auction house specialists. A key member of our Mayfair Luxury property team, who act as a hub office for our CIRE Affiliation Build strong relationships with the CIRE agents and specialists Network in the local Mayfair community Register applicants and carry out viewings Negotiate offers and manage the conveyancing process Developing new business, including market appraisals to achieve and exceed agreed office targets Contribute to the success of Carter Jonas with regards to cross-selling and communicating effectively with other teams

What will it take to be successful?



We are seeking someone with proven property sales, excellent communication, organisational and multitasking skills. You'll be a strong team player, with the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines. You will also be IT literate and comfortable working with databases and relevant software. Experience of the Central London or Super Prime residential sales market is highly desirable.
