The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the sale of properties, building a sales pipeline from scratch, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to meet client needs and achieve business objectives.
Duties
Develop and implement sales strategies
to drive business growth and expand market presence.
Build a sales pipeline from scratch
, identifying and targeting new business opportunities in both existing and untapped markets.
Qualify leads
and conduct in-depth research to understand potential client needs and preferences.
Generate new business
by proactively reaching out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry contacts.
Manage and maintain relationships
with key stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and a high level of service.
Negotiate and close deals
with new clients, ensuring profitable terms for both the company and the client.
Monitor and track sales progress

Provide sales reports and analysis
