The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating property sales, ensuring a exceptional experience for clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities



Engage with clients to understand their property needs and situation Conduct viewings, providing detailed information and answering queries. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers Maintain accurate records Prepare marketing materials and listings Team work with colleagues Keep up to date on market trends and local property values

Qualifications



Previous experience within the industry is essential. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach with a strong desire to succeed in the property industry is essential. Pay: 25,000 - 45,000 per year OTE
