Leading independent agent is looking for a bright and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to help drive sales market share and support the day to day operations of the business in the Camborne location. You already possess estate agency sales experience and looking to step up your career and responsibilities by joining a company that recognises and rewards success. As a Senior Sales Negotiator you will be joining a strong brand and dynamic team that has a vibrant network covering all aspects of agency. You are a positive and driven individual who enjoys being busy and working within a focussed team environment. You will be confident in demonstrating successful agency history to date and how you will bring further value to our client.

Responsibilities for this Senior Sales Executive role will include:

• Manage and prioritise business opportunities
• Provide a positive, initial point of contact for sellers and buyers
• Carry out viewings and gather buyer feedback
• Stay aware of the market conditions and offer professional advice
• Refer customers who require advice on mortgage and conveyance products

Skills & Experience for this Senior Sales Negotiator role:

• Ability to build great relationships
• Demonstrate your ability to gain commitment from buyers and sellers
• Hands on approach - the ability to list property would be an advantage
• Strong estate agency core skills
• Customer focused and team player

Benefits for this Senior Sales Negotiator include:

• \xc2\xa321,000 - \xc2\xa323,000 basic salary (DOE)
• \xc2\xa3300 per month car allowance
• Sales and Listings bonuses
• 5% personal sales commission enhanced to 7% for listing the unit
• OTE \xc2\xa335,000 - uncapped
• Sales, Mortgage, Conveyance and Lettings referral bonuses
• Day in lieu for Saturday working
• 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
