Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive

Sales & Operations Executive

with

previous experience working for a Tour Operator

. This experience is highly valued and will be reflected in the salary level within the advertised range.

The role focuses primarily on sales, with additional responsibility for managing group travel bookings from initial inquiry to completion. The successful candidate will be comfortable using digital tools, open to AI-based workflows, and confident in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition



Identify and contact new clients (travel agencies, tour operators, etc.). Use digital and AI-based tools to generate and manage leads. Develop and follow a clear sales strategy to meet revenue targets. Build long-term relationships with clients through regular and professional communication.

Technology & AI



Use our internal tools and AI platforms to prepare quotes, manage bookings, and support daily operations. Suggest improvements to tools and processes to increase efficiency.

Operations & Booking Management



Manage group bookings, including hotels, transport, guides, and other services. Negotiate and secure competitive rates with suppliers. Handle issues or changes during the booking or travel process and communicate clearly with clients.

Marketing & Destination Promotion



Support marketing by contributing short written content or simple video content about destinations and products. Take part in industry events or familiarization trips when needed.
Skills & Qualifications

Tour Operator Experience:

Minimum 1 year working for a Tour Operator or similar travel company (required for consideration at the top of the salary range).

Sales Skills:

Proven experience in sales, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.

Languages:

Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

IT Skills:

Confident using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and willing to learn new tools.

Organization:

Able to manage multiple tasks at the same time with strong attention to detail.

Communication:

Professional telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
