Your Mission: Join our team!

Manage the global approval process for pricing and large deal requests in coordination with Sales and Partner teams Analyze deal structures and make data-backed recommendations to senior leadership Define, implement, and monitor global sales processes, policies, and standards Develop and manage management reports to provide visibility into sales performance and operational governance Support the creation and communication of sales policies and procedures Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across sales tools, reporting, and processes #####

What we are looking for: Your profile

Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Economics, or a related field Professional experience in a support function such as Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, or IT Solid understanding of Salesforce or a similar CRM system Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel Strong conceptual and analytical thinking with great attention to detail Self-motivated, structured, and reliable way or working with strong organizational skills and affinity to work in an international team Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus but not required #####
