Senior Sales - Plumbing and Heating

individual to join our

branch of the future in Luton

As the successful candidate, you will lead from the front, maintaining a balance between supervisory and hands-on responsibilities in branch.

What You'll Be Doing

Acknowledge every customer, assess their needs and wow them with quick and efficient service. Monitor team metrics and performance to ensure targets are met and operational goals are achieved. Address customer queries effectively, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve communication. Understand our approach to pricing and be able to communicate credible prices. Support business initiatives to increase sales, margin & service as required. Maintain a positive and motivating work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration among team members.
