Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our prestigious Ralph Lauren Home showroom at Chelsea Harbour. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent one of the world's leading luxury lifestyle brands while working with high-end clientele and interior design professionals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Excellence & Customer Service
Drive sales growth through exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge
Execute our signature 5-step service approach (Create, Connect, Convert, Confirm, Continue) across both in-person and digital channels
Develop and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, developers, and retail clients
Achieve personal and showroom sales targets through proactive client outreach and relationship management
Design & Technical Expertise
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, and ergonomics
Create compelling design presentations and mood boards for client projects
Provide expert guidance on furniture, lighting, textiles, and decorative accessories
Manage projects from initial consultation through to final installation
Business Operations
Monitor and report on sales pipeline and ongoing projects
Manage project budgets and generate detailed client quotes
Maintain showroom presentation to Ralph Lauren's exacting standards
Participate in inventory management, seasonal updates, and new product launches
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
Proven luxury sales experience, preferably in interior design or high-end furniture
Strong understanding of interior design principles and current market trends
Excellent project management and client communication skills
Proficiency in design presentation tools and CRM systems
