Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and vendors
Conduct property valuations and win new instructions
Organise and attend property viewings
Manage and progress property sales from offer through to completion
Collaborate with internal mortgage, protection, and lettings teams to support cross-selling opportunities
Candidate Requirements
Proven background in estate agency, with a strong track record in conducting valuations and winning instructions
Full UK driving licence
Self-motivated and target-driven
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
Strong personal integrity; professional, personable, and commercially aware
Confident IT user, able to learn new systems quickly
