West End Letting & Sales is a growing estate and letting agency based in the heart of Glasgow's West End. We're now hiring a
Sales & Letting Administrator
to join our small, friendly team.
This is a full-time, office-based role ideal for someone who's organised, confident on the phone, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll support our lettings and sales team by handling key admin tasks, enquiries, and helping to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Booking and confirming property viewings
Handling enquiries from tenants and buyers (phone/email)
Updating advertising across online property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla etc.)
General admin support for lettings and sales
Handling calls and redirecting where needed
Possible future support with property viewings
What We're Looking For:
Strong phone manner and customer service skills
Organised, efficient, and able to multitask
Previous admin experience (preferred, but not essential)
Confident using email and basic digital tools
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working full-time in our West End office
