The successful candidate will be a proactive, energised team player, who will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in the Estate Agency Industry. With separate Administration, Sales Progression and Accounts departments, the primary focus will be on building market share in a competitive environment, without the paperwork and administration 'negatives' sometimes attributed to sales roles.

So, you will have to embrace change in a positive way, for example we employ professional viewing guides to offer our clients a great viewing experience, this also allows you to do what you do best, generate market appraisal opportunities, build strong long-lasting relationships, negotiate deals and be there to support our client in every step of their home move experience.
Your primary responsibility will be to generate market appraisals for our valuers to attend, you then partner with that valuer to support our clients on every step of their home move journey, once we have been instructed. Negotiation is central to everything that we do, and you will be required to work with intelligent clients, building trusted relationships at every opportunity.
