Wise Platform helps banks and software companies leverage Wise?s infrastructure to offer their customers world-class payments products through their own channels. The Role




We're seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our GTM Tech team within our Wise Platform Squad. You will set the standard when it comes to building out robust scalable processes within Salesforce and related tooling. This role will allow you to have a high business impact from day one. You'll work closely with cross functional teams across the business to deliver technology solutions and processes to transform how we run the business.

What you'll be doing



Define, configure and customise the Salesforce platform and other tools to support business processes across all our teams Deliver high impact projects such as building out end to end sales journeys for both high velocity deal cycles and longer term strategic partnership deals Work closely with our Enablement and RevOps teams to scope priorities and deliver custom business solutions Define our backlog of initiatives and identify opportunities to scale our process and operations to better enable our teams

What you'll bring



An experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Sales Cloud and related GTM Technologies Skilled in building complex lead journeys with marketing nurture cycles A strategic thinker and practical problem solver, capable of understanding desired business outcomes and determining the best actions to achieve them Strong communication skills, with the ability to build excellent working relationships with our teams based in EMEA, APAC, and NAM Proficient in change management and governance, successfully launching new functionality and tools Able to work autonomously with minimal direction Experienced in working with global stakeholders and within dynamic environments (startup experience desirable) Exceptional Salesforce domain skills, including working with standard/custom objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, record types, reports, dashboards, etc An expert with Salesforce Flow builder Experience with utilising AI to support GTM tools like Salesforce / Agentforce

Experience with CLM Tools DocuSign/Jira Experience with DataCloud

Base salary of 66,000 - 82,000 + RSU's
