Role responsibilitiesDesign and craft Salesforce solutions that truly make a difference, using Apex, Lightning Web Components and declarative tools to create experiences people love
Collaborate in an agile, supportive environment to deliver high-quality, reliable software that meets user needs and feels intuitive
Bring fresh ideas to the table by spotting opportunities for innovation and shaping proposals that deliver quick wins and meaningful impact

Skills required
Minimum:Extensive experience in designing and developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), declarative tools and other platform features, including troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing performance and managing technical debt
Demonstrated experience in agile development practices with Git for version control, including resolving merge conflicts and deployment issues, conducting code reviews, creating documentation, estimating workloads and performing unit/integration testing
Extensive experience as a Salesforce Engineer with hands-on developer background, ideally gained in consultancy environments where adaptability and client-focused delivery are key
Essential:Up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce releases, new features and industry best practices with the ability to recommend innovative solutions
Strong experience applying industry-standard software design patterns and logical, strategic thinking to deliver scalable solutions
Proven problem-solving skills with confidence to make decisions that restore functionality quickly while keeping the bigger picture in mind
Salesforce certifications are highly advantageous, including one or more of the following: Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, JavaScript Developer I, Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant
