Your team responsibilities:
The Sales Technology Team at MSCI plays a critical role enabling internal teams to manage and execute business processes across the Opportunity to Order value chain (Opportunity pipeline management and Contract Lifecycle Management) as well as Order to Cash processes (integrations with ERP). Salesforce @ MSCI is the strategic platform used by Sales, Client Service, Sales Operations, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and other business units to achieve their business objectives.
We are seeking a Salesforce Professional, who will interact with our business stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements and design scalable solutions to meet their business objectives. In addition to analysis and design, it is expected that he/she has the skillset to plan, document, configure, program, test, communicate, and execute Salesforce-related implementations. Success in this position requires one to be a self-starter, a good collaborator and communicator (both in written and verbal skills).
