The SEND Team is a statutory service that coordinates assessment and delivery of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPxe2x80x99s), including provision and placement, for children and young people from 0-25 years old.Operating in a person-centred approach the team works from their base at Huyton Municipal Buildings. Ensuring that statutory functions are met and working in partnership with colleagues across health and social care, is a fundamental component of providing our children, young people and their families with a high standard service.A highly sought-after Senior SEND Caseworker post is now available.
