Key Responsibilities:



Command Centre Operations:



Lead and manage 24/7 Command Centre operations, ensuring proactive monitoring and rapid incident response. Oversee the coordination of major incident management and escalation processes. Ensure timely communication and resolution of service-impacting events. Drive continuous improvement in monitoring tools, processes, and automation.

Service Management:



Ensure adherence to ITIL-based service management practices. Monitor and report on service performance against SLAs and KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational readiness and service stability.

Third-Party/Vendor Management:



Manage relationships with external service providers and technology vendors. Ensure third-party compliance with contractual obligations and performance standards. Conduct regular vendor reviews, performance assessments, and service improvement plans. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of third-party services.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:



Lead a team of service managers, analysts, and Command Centre staff. Act as a senior escalation point for operational issues and incidents. Engage with senior stakeholders across IT, business units, and external partners. Provide strategic input into service design, transition, and operational planning.

Reporting & Governance:



Deliver regular operational reports, trend analysis, and performance metrics to drive data-informed decision-making. Support audit and compliance activities related to service operations. Maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and operational standards.
