Roles and Responsibilities:



Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules -- ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical architecture and workflows. Design and manage Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and Service Mapping under ITOM. Implement and optimize CSM and HRSD modules, including lifecycle events, onboarding, case management, and portals. Develop and maintain custom applications, catalog items, flows, scripts, and UI components using Flow Designer and Service Portal. Drive integration efforts with third-party tools using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers. Ensure platform stability, governance, and upgrade readiness following ServiceNow best practices. Conduct code reviews, define technical standards, and guide developers on efficient solutions. Work closely with architects and business analysts to align solutions with ITIL processes and enterprise objectives. Prepare and maintain solution documentation, design blueprints, and configuration guides. Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the ServiceNow team.

Skills/Qualification/Experience Required:



Strong proficiency in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. Deep experience in Discovery, CMDB design, Event Management, and Service Mapping. Advanced scripting in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Expertise in ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and MID Server). Knowledge of Service Portal development, UI customization, and ACL security. Solid understanding of workflow automation, catalog management, and approvals. Exposure to Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, or AI Search is an advantage. Familiarity with Agile development, CI/CD, and version control tools (e.g., Git). ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required Preferred: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM Implementation Specialist certifications.

Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
