THE ROLE

As a Senior Shoot Producer you will lead the end-to-end production of bespoke content and agency projects across film, video, stills, animation, digital, and TVC. You will be responsible for managing mainly in-house production but from time to time may be required to manage production with third parties, ensuring seamless delivery across traditional and digital channels. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on production expertise, requiring a strong understanding of content origination, post-production, and integrated campaign delivery.



You will bring deep experience in shoot production of all kinds, including large-scale commercial TVC campaigns to small scale, reactive social first content, working across both agency and production company environments. You'll also play a key role in line managing junior producers, fostering their development and ensuring high standards across all projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the production of content projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. Have experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple media formats including video, digital, print, and social. Oversee complex shoot productions all over the world, including large-scale commercials and fast-turnaround content, ensuring creative excellence and operational efficiency. Budget, Scope, plan, and execute projects with a strategic mindset and attention to detail. Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, production partners, and talent. Collaborate with Business Affairs on talent, insurance, licensing, and billing matters. Oversee financials including estimates, POs, timesheets, invoicing, and reconciliations. Provide line management and mentorship to other producers in the team, fostering growth and accountability. Proactively identify and resolve production challenges with smart, creative solutions. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and new talent.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Proven ability to manage integrated campaigns of all scales across digital and traditional platforms. Extensive experience in shoot production, including agency and production company environments. Have in depth knowledge of the APA rules, rates and regulations and know how to utilize them. Demonstrated success in delivering both large-scale commercial shoots and smaller social content. Strong knowledge of production tools, techniques, and remote production technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to lead and inspire teams while maintaining a calm, solutions-focused approach. Be client facing, able to run PPMs and present to clients confidently when required. Strong financial acumen and experience managing production budgets. A proactive, flexible, and resilient mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.

YOU WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH

Internal teams across Business Affairs, Client Services, Operations, and Post-Production. External production companies, directors, editors, photographers, and other creative talent. Finance teams including Commercial and London Finance Directors. Other Craft studios and network stakeholders.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS


------------------------

Solid content producing experience across agency and production company side in a senior producer role. Proven experience in shoot production for both large-scale commercials and small scale social content. Ability to inspire and mentor junior members of the production team. Flexibility to jump across projects and adapt to changing priorities. Proven experience in working with well-known key accounts.
