Job Description

We are seeking a skilled sign and graphic Installer to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high quality signage installations and take pride in doing so. They will also need to have good communication, be well organised, honest, reliable and flexible and with a strong work ethic, The candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products, ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. Quick thinking with a problem solving attitude is key. This role requires a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Install various types of signage and graphics such as: Fascia Signage (illuminated) Wayfinding Signage, Window Manifestation, Wall graphics & Vehicle Branding Basic electrical experience required Conduct site surveys/assessments prior to installation to ensure proper planning and execution. Collaborate with team members and clients to understand installation requirements and expectations. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process. Maintain tools, van and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns promptly. Complete all necessary documentation related to installations, including reports on completed work.

Qualifications

Previous experience in installation or a related field is

ESSENTIAL

Strong technical skills with the ability to read technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A valid driver's licence is ESSENTIAL for travel to various job sites. Physical fitness is required, as the role may involve lifting heavy items and working in various environments. Overtime available with generous rates of pay, Work is mainly Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm but travel, weekend overtime and overnight stays may be required on occasion
