The Role
As Senior Site Agent, you'll be instrumental in delivering station-focused projects in the Cardiff area, working closely with the Project Manager and Construction Manager. You'll lead site teams to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of station refurbishments, AFAs, and EIS packages
Manage drainage and earthworks scopes with precision and compliance
Produce and manage site documentation including CPPs, CQPs, ITPs, WPPs, and TBS
Ensure site activities meet safety, quality, and environmental standards
Coordinate resources, materials, and subcontractors
Monitor progress against programme and budget
Liaise with stakeholders, surveyors, and project teams
Provide accurate reporting and updates to senior management
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a Senior Site Agent with:
Demonstrable experience in station works, AFAs, drainage, earthworks, and EIS
Strong competency in producing site paperwork (CPPs, CQPs, ITPs, WPPs, TBS)
SMSTS, PTS, and CSCS certifications
HNC/HND/Degree in Civil Engineering
A proactive, safety-conscious leader with excellent communication skills
