The Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced

Senior Site Engineer

to join our team on a new RC frame project in Mitcham. The successful candidate will have a proven background in reinforced concrete frame construction, with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Engineer and prior experience as a Site Engineer.

You will work closely with our experienced Project Manager, manage a sub-ordinate Site Engineer, and take responsibility for ensuring the technical accuracy and smooth delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical review of drawings and designs. Raising RFIs and managing technical submissions. Supporting temporary works designers and reviewing/checking temporary works designs. Arranging permits to work from the Main Contractor. Liaising with project management and site teams to ensure compliance and efficiency. Supervising and mentoring a junior/setting-out engineer. Ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and technical delivery across the programme.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years' experience in a Senior Engineer role, with prior experience as a Site Engineer. Strong technical background in reinforced concrete frame construction. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Immediate availability.
