Bristol area

, known for delivering well-run new build and refurbishment projects across commercial and mixed-use sectors.

The Role



As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction projects from start through to completion, typically valued up to

5 million

.



You'll coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard of quality.



Working closely with project managers and the wider delivery team, you'll play a key role in maintaining the contractor's strong client relationships and site performance.



? Ideal Candidate Profile


Proven experience managing new build and refurbishment projects Strong knowledge of site operations, health & safety, and quality control Confident leading subcontractors and direct labour on site Able to work collaboratively with commercial and project teams SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualified Based in or commutable to the Bristol area
