Senior Site Manger to work under McCrory PM (Full time)

16 month contract starting in September 2025

We are open to discussion regarding the candidate being PAYE / Self Employed. Self employed basis circa 30hr. Local to Derby, the project is south of Derby. Experience in building industrial units & manufacturing facilities is highly preferred. Experience in using food hygiene cladding systems (preferable although not a must). Muck shifting and groundworks experience is key. Experienced in the Management of lifting operations , steel frame erection, insulated cladding panels. Temporary Works coordinator role optional. Management of subcontractors onsite with site anticipated labour levels on site sitting between 15-25 operatives. Working with our client to deliver the building without upsetting their day-to-day operations. Working hours to suit site requirements. Typically, 7.15 - 4.30 with flexibility to suit the trades onsite.
