Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee our construction projects at Probuk Construction (NW) Limited. This role is essential for ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating all site activities and managing the workforce effectively.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure smooth workflow. Manage and supervise site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate project schedules and timelines to meet deadlines. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders. Monitor project budgets and report on financial performance. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong supervisory and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: 55,000.00-65,000.00 per year
