Senior Site Manager -- Stellify Build Ltd

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee luxury residential projects across the North West. You will be responsible for ensuring that our high-quality, design-led homes are delivered to the exacting standards that Stellify Build is known for.

This role requires someone with proven experience in luxury residential construction, where attention to detail, craftsmanship, and project quality are paramount. You will be given autonomy to manage your site efficiently while complying with company health and safety procedures.

This position is open to either a permanent role or self-employed contracting arrangement, with daily rates between 275 and 325, depending on experience.

What We're Looking For

- Significant experience as a Site Manager on luxury residential projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards for high-end housing
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering superior finish
- Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
- Sound understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with the wider Stellify Build team

Key Responsibilities

- Full site management of luxury residential projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trades to meet project specifications
- Maintain strict quality control and monitor workmanship to ensure exceptional standards
- Implement and enforce health and safety policies across the site
- Regular reporting on progress, issues, and costs to the project management team
- Ensure materials, resources, and manpower are allocated efficiently
- Conduct site inspections and attend project meetings as required
- Act as the primary point of contact for all site operations and client interactions

We typically work on projects with a construction value between 1M and 5M, focusing on schemes that are distinctive, design-led, and built to the highest standards. Every project is different and exciting.
