We're currently seeking a motivated and experienced Social Ads Executive to join our performance marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid social advertising, with hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and other emerging channels -- with a specific focus on driving results for eCommerce brands.
We're looking for someone who thrives on results, understands the nuances of eCommerce performance marketing, and is ready to lead campaigns from setup to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of clients' PPC and paid social campaigns with a focus on lead generation and eCommerce growth (ROAS, conversions, sales).
Strategise, set up, manage and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
Shape and execute digital strategies for eCommerce clients using data-driven decisions.
Continuously monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance - identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
Research competitors and industry trends to inform targeting, creative, and strategy.
Troubleshoot ad delivery, performance anomalies, and tracking discrepancies (including pixel and conversion tracking issues).
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure creative assets and copy align with performance goals.
Write, edit, or request compelling ad copy optimised for conversions and engagement.
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences, and formats to maximise results.
Track budget performance, forecast spend, and maintain profitability for client campaigns.
Contribute fresh ideas and insights to continually enhance client success and agency best practices.
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on PPC experience, particularly with Meta Ads and Google Ads, focused on achieving measurable results for eCommerce businesses.
Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Business Suite, including Facebook Pixel, CAPI, and dynamic product ads.
Demonstrable experience delivering profitable ROAS and scaling eCommerce campaigns.
Comfortable navigating ad platforms (Meta and Google) with confidence and troubleshooting performance issues.
Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise workload effectively.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
