About the Role




We're looking for a

Senior Social Manager

to take ownership of key client accounts and deliver stand-out, performance-driven social campaigns with precision.

You'll lead accounts end-to-end: planning and executing campaigns, coordinating team members, and ensuring your projects runs seamlessly, delivering measurable results, and pushes creative boundaries.


You'll be responsible for crafting smart, insight-led social strategies, ensuring ideas are culturally relevant, strategically aligned, and executed flawlessly. Working closely with SEO, PR, Creative, and Measurement teams, you'll make sure every campaign maximises reach, resonance, and return.


This role demands someone who thrives on detail, communication, and delivery excellence. A creative operator who keeps standards high and momentum strong.

What You'll Do



Own and run key social and influencer accounts

, ensuring work is strategically sound, creatively ambitious, and delivered to an exceptional standard. Plan and execute

insight-driven social strategies

that align with client goals and Connective3's brand performance framework. Oversee project timelines, workflow and quality -- ensuring campaigns stay on brief, on time, and on budget. Collaborate with the

SEO team

to strategically plan social content calendars that maximise

social search opportunity

and discovery potential. Partner with the

PR team

on connected campaigns to amplify ideas across earned, owned, and influencer channels. Work closely with the

Effectiveness and Measurement team

to embed clear metrics and prove campaign impact across both

brand and performance

. Lead client comms confidently presenting ideas, managing feedback and ensuring clients are informed, engaged and impressed. Work with internal specialists (Creative, Paid Media, Influencer, and PR) to integrate social thinking across campaigns. Identify opportunities for innovation, trend adoption, and creative testing within each account. Support the Head of Social & Influencers in evolving how we deliver best-in-class social work across C3.

About You



Proven experience running social and influencer accounts within an agency environment. Excellent project management and communication skills -- able to keep multiple campaigns moving efficiently while maintaining quality and creativity. Strong understanding of

social strategy, content creation, influencer marketing and platform best practice

. Comfortable turning insight and data into clear creative direction. Solid grasp of

social SEO

and how content discovery is evolving across platforms. Confident collaborating with PR, SEO, Creative and Media teams to deliver connected, multi-channel campaigns. A detail-driven problem-solver who ensures projects stay on track and deliver tangible results. Passionate about social culture, creativity, and innovation.
