We are an award-winning PR, podcasting, social media and creative marketing agency based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

We work with some of the most exciting businesses in AI, data centres, renewables and sustainable technologies, helping them tell stories that inspire change and drive impact.

We're looking for an ambitious, proactive, and creative Senior Social Media Executive to join our growing team -- someone who's ready to take ownership of client strategies, bring new ideas to the table and play a key role in delivering high-quality digital campaigns.

The Role



As our Senior Social Media Executive, you'll play a key role in the planning, creation and delivery of engaging social media and digital campaigns across a range of B2B technology clients.

This role combines creative content development and copywriting with strategic campaign management, ensuring smooth execution and strong performance across both organic and paid social channels.

Working closely with senior team members, you'll contribute to creating scroll-stopping content, managing client communications and analysing results to continually improve campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute social media strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and reach. Create high-quality, engaging content and creative social assets - tailored to each platform and audience. Plan, schedule and manage social media activity using tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer, ensuring consistent, on-brand delivery. Oversee organic and paid social media campaigns, optimising for reach, engagement and ROI. Manage and grow client profiles across LinkedIn predominately and emerging platforms. Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments and interactions in a timely and professional way. Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Stay on top of emerging trends, tools and technologies in social and digital marketing, sharing learnings with the wider team and clients. Collaborate with colleagues across PR, content, and design to deliver integrated, creative campaigns. Contribute to detailed client reports and presentations on performance, growth and key insights.

Skills & Experience



Social Media Expertise

Strong understanding of LinkedIn and X (Twitter) for B2B engagement and thought leadership. Experience managing both organic and paid campaigns, ideally across LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
Content Creation & Copywriting

Exceptional writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for tone, grammar, and storytelling. Confident using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut to create professional, engaging visual and video content.
Analytics & Insights

Understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and performance tracking. Experience using Google Analytics, native insights, SEMrush, or similar tools to inform decisions.
Organisation & Collaboration

Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and campaigns simultaneously. Strong communication and teamwork skills -- comfortable collaborating with PR and creative colleagues.

Pay: 26,000.00-27,500.00 per year
