We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager who can not only develop and execute high-impact social strategies, but also produce engaging short-form content through filming and editing for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business goals.

Plan, film, and edit engaging short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) that bring to life the stories of our surgeons, patients, and brand journey.

Create high-quality written, visual, and video content that showcases our expertise, drives engagement, and supports lead generation.

Work with patients and clinical teams to capture compelling real-life stories, including on-location shoots at clinics and events.

Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive digital presence.

Manage and grow online communities through active engagement, responding to comments/messages, and fostering positive interaction.

Identify opportunities for influencer and brand partnerships to expand reach.

Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices on all major platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram, to maximise visibility and engagement.

Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 30,000.00 per year
