The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist to join our growing Social and Influencer team. You will take the lead on day to day delivery for a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients, working closely with your team to plan, create and execute best in class social content.


You will play a key role in shaping how we deliver social for your clients, mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of our wider social and influencer offering. Reporting into the Social and Influencer Lead, you will also support on identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and helping to elevate the quality of our output across the team.


This is a great role for someone who loves social, thrives in a collaborative agency environment and enjoys balancing creativity with organisation and strategic thinking.

What You Will Do

Lead your team



Take ownership of the day to day running of your division within the social team, ensuring all social activity is aligned to client strategy and best practice.

Act as the client expert



Understand your clients' objectives, competitive landscape and wider marketing context, becoming a trusted point of contact for all social activity.

Deliver great work



Guide and oversee the creation of high quality content across platforms, ensuring brand alignment and strong storytelling.

Spot opportunities for growth



Identify ways to expand or enhance our social offering for existing clients and support the development of proposals.

Champion reporting and insight



Oversee reporting to highlight performance, share insights and recommend actions that drive continued improvement.

Develop your team



Provide clear direction, regular one to ones, constructive feedback and support the growth of junior members through mentoring and line management.

Support the influencer offering



Work with the Social and Influencer Lead to contribute to the evolution of our influencer capability for both new and existing clients.

Set the standard



Champion social best practice across the agency, helping to lift the overall quality, creativity and effectiveness of our work.

About You

Confident presenting work and engaging clients with clear, compelling storytelling Experienced in managing social content from planning to delivery Proactive and organised with a focus on delivering high quality work on time and within scope Able to direct and motivate others with clarity and empathy Collaborative, positive and comfortable working across teams and disciplines Excellent communication skills, setting the tone for your team both internally and externally Passionate about social trends, platform updates and emerging opportunities
