Job Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans. Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the appropriate interventions for clients. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress. Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary resources and services. Stay informed of current social work practices, policies, and legislation to ensure compliance and best practices.

Person Specifications

Possess a degree in Social Work or a related field, with substantial experience in a similar role. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Show a commitment to continuous professional development and learning. Have a deep understanding of social work principles, ethics, and confidentiality requirements. Be registered with the relevant professional social work body.
