One of Birmingham's most respected kitchens is searching for its next Senior Sous Chef.

You will have experience at Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef level in a quality-focused kitchen and possess a sharp palate, steady hands, and a calm, organised approach.
As Senior Sous Chef you will:

Play a key leadership role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef
Lead and inspire the brigade through busy services
Uphold and elevate the restaurant's exacting standards
Contribute to menu development and seasonal changes
Mentor and support junior chefs as they grow
Ensure consistency, cleanliness, and calm

You'll be working with exceptional ingredients - line-caught fish, day-boat shellfish, and the best British veg and dairy - treated with the respect they deserve and presented with real finesse.
