We're now looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team and support the Head Chef in driving standards, creativity, and consistency.

The role:

As Senior Sous Chef, you'll play a key part in the smooth running of our kitchen. You will:

Work closely with the Head Chef to manage daily operations Lead and motivate the team to deliver consistently high standards Help design and deliver innovative, exciting menus Oversee food preparation, quality control, and presentation Ensure all health & safety and food hygiene standards are met Train and develop junior kitchen staff
About you:

We're looking for someone who is:

An experienced Sous Chef, ideally in a busy, high-volume kitchen Passionate about fresh, quality food and creative cooking A strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment Organised, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15.00-15.50 per hour
