Senior Therapist & Sales Duty Manager

to support our spa manager in leading the team, delivering outstanding treatments, and driving front-of-house sales. This is a hybrid role blending leadership, sales, and hands-on treatment expertise in a vibrant and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Client Experience

Act as

Duty Manager

in the absence of the Spa Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations. Deliver

exceptional guest experiences

, from arrival to post-treatment, creating a welcoming, five-star environment. Take ownership of

client care

, problem-solving with empathy and professionalism. Motivate and support our team of freelance therapists to maintain high standards and team cohesion.

Sales & Front Desk Excellence

Lead from the front on

selling memberships, retail, upgrades, and spa packages

. Consistently hit and exceed

sales targets

, earning commission on both personal and team performance. Take initiative to identify commercial opportunities and improve customer conversion rates.

Treatment Excellence

Deliver a range of advanced beauty and spa treatments to the

highest technical standard

. Maintain a strong client following through excellent results and warm, professional care.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience

in beauty and/or spa therapy (Level 3+). Strong

sales experience

, ideally in spa, beauty, or wellness environments. Confident in leading teams and taking responsibility in a supervisory role. Passionate about delivering top-quality service and results. Comfortable working evenings and weekends on a rota basis. Reliable, professional, and driven to exceed expectations.
