As a

Senior Specialist, CRM Communications

, you will be instrumental in implementing and optimising our CRM plans to enhance member engagement, loyalty and lifetime value. You will collaborate with colleagues across CRM Propositions and the LEGO CRM Hub to execute campaigns, manage customer data, and analyse the effectiveness of our CRM initiatives.


Please note:

This role is based in our London HUB, and we offer a hybrid working model, which includes 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.


Core Responsibilities



Support the planning and lead the execution of CRM campaigns to maximise member experience. Manage the communications of the CRM campaign process - including creative, copy, optimising content . Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM campaigns with other membership and marketing initiatives. Help develop to personalis ation at scale through personalised content. Monitor the performance of CRM campaigns provide recommendations for improvements on content . Help to conduct A/B testing to optimise and refine CRM content . Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM trends and best practices.

Do you have what it takes?



Solid experience in CRM, marketing, or a related field, preferably within membership and/or personalisation . Knowledge of CRM systems, database marketing, and customer segmentation (ideally Salesforce) . Experience in content and project management tools, (FIGMA and JIRA preferred) Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with marketing tools. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Effective communicator with a team-player attitude. Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
