Test Automation Specialist Engineer (SDET)



Location-BurgessHill



Mode-Hybrid-3 Days from Office



Type-Permanent



Key Responsibilities



Automation Development



Design develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web mobile API and backend services



Write highquality maintainable automation scripts using Java Python or JavaScriptTypeScript



Execute and maintain automated regression smoke and functional test suites



GenAIDriven QA



Use GenAI tools for test case generation intelligent defect detection and test data creation



Apply LLMbased solutions eg ChatGPT Azure OpenAI to assist in exploratory testing and QA documentation



Experiment with AIdriven analytics to optimize test coverage and prioritize highrisk scenarios



Collaboration



Work closely with developers QA leads and product managers to define test strategies



Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming and agile ceremonies



Share knowledge on automation best practices and AI testing innovations with peers



Continuous Improvement



Integrate automation suites into CICD pipelines for continuous testing



Optimize execution time and improve framework stability



Contribute ideas for enhancing quality processes and leveraging AI in testing



Required Skills Experience



5 years of experience in software testing with at least 3 years in automation



Proficiency in Selenium Playwright Cypress WebdriverIO Appium or similar automation tools



Strong programming skills in Java Python or JavaScriptTypeScript



Knowledge of API testing using RestAssured Postman or similar tools



Experience integrating automation into CICD pipelines Jenkins GitHub Actions Azure DevOps



Exposure to GenAI tools for QA minimum 6 months



Good understanding of AgileScrum methodology
