We're seeking a Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to join a fast-growing, ambitious events and marketing solutions company delivering premium B2B experiences. This is a full-cycle sponsorship sales role where you'll prospect, close, and grow accounts - making a tangible impact while earning exceptional rewards.

What you'll be doing:
  • Prospect and qualify potential clients to build a strong pipeline.

  • Manage and grow accounts you win, building long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and exceed ambitious targets.
  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Attend sales meetings and events - travel required.
Who you are:
  • 3+ years' B2B sponsorship sales experience gained in a commercial conference, exhibition or tradeshow environment.
  • Proven track record in new business development and account growth.
  • Skilled at outbound sales, pipeline building, and consultative selling.
  • Confident in managing the full sales cycle independently.
  • Hunter mentality: highly motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Thrives in a small, ambitious team where your contributions have a direct impact and plenty of opportunity for growth.
