Base up to 65,000 + 45,000 uncapped OTE
A fast-growing, specialist media and events organisation is seeking a Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across a portfolio of high-profile conferences, publications, and digital products within the institutional investment sector.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, commercially minded professional to join a tight-knit, friendly team in a hybrid setup. You'll play a key role in shaping revenue strategy, building strong client relationships, and contributing directly to the success of a respected and fast-moving business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Hitting and exceeding revenue targets across events, digital and print products
- Conducting market and desk research to identify high-value opportunities
Meeting clients (in-person and virtually) to understand needs and present tailored solutions
- Collaborating with production, editorial and operations teams to build compelling sponsorship packages

- Proven experience in B2B sponsorship or media sales (ideally in publishing or financial services)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
