Based in Cornwall, the Stroke Rehabilitation Unit is a fast-paced ward with a wide variety of patients coming through our doors that are in need of acute medical interventions and stroke rehabilitation goals. Our unit is continuously developing therefore, this job role will enable you to gain a wealth of knowledge and skills that will extend daily along with developing your leadership and management skills.

Current professional registration with NMC Professional nursing qualification at degree level

Desirable criteria

Mentorship/Teaching Qualification Experienced in successfully implementing change management strategies #

Experience of teaching/assessing/supervising others in a clinical setting Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments Up to date knowledge of current clinical and professional issues Competence in cannulation and venepuncture Ability to administer meds including transfusion of bloods/products
