product documentation, BOMs, routings

, and ensure manufacturing readiness across global sites.

Investigate and resolve critical

production issues

impacting quality, test performance, or yield. Work closely with

Test Engineers

to enhance test coverage, streamline test time, and optimize cost. Lead structured problem-solving using

8D, CAPA

, and other quality methodologies.

Collaborate and Influence

Partner with

Design and NPI teams

to embed manufacturability and cost efficiency early in the product lifecycle. Coordinate with

Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain

to ensure consistent output and product health. Use data-driven insight to influence decisions that improve

manufacturing stability and customer satisfaction

.

Innovate Through Data

Apply

statistical analysis tools

(Excel, JMP, Galaxy, dataConductor) to model yields and identify optimization opportunities. Drive continuous improvement projects that push the boundaries of

cost, performance, and reliability

.

What You Bring

BS in Electrical Engineering

(or related field) with

5-8 years' experience

in the semiconductor industry. Strong background in

product, test, or design engineering

-- ideally in sustaining or lifecycle support roles. Proven success in

yield analysis, margin recovery

, and cross-functional problem-solving. Solid understanding of

ATE test systems

(Advantest, Teradyne) or equivalent bench setups. Experience with

data-driven engineering

, including statistical process control and design of experiments. Familiarity with

high-speed serial digital interfaces

,

video/datacom systems

, or

JEDEC/Mil quality standards

is a plus.
