Oversee the end-to-end flow of stock, from warehouse delivery to stockroom management and onward distribution to the shopfloor
Ensure accurate and timely reception of all deliveries, verifying stock integrity and resolving discrepancies as needed
Lead the replenishment process, maintaining optimal stock levels on the shopfloor in coordination with front-of-house and visual merchandising teams
Monitor and maintain stockroom standards, ensuring it is clean, organized, and operating in line with Lacoste best practices
Support and collaborate with team members across departments, promoting a respectful and unified team environment
Take ownership of inventory counts and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
Champion operational efficiency to support sales performance and enhance the customer experience
Represent the Lacoste brand with professionalism and pride, contributing to customer loyalty and the brand's premium positioning
Provide operational support to the sales team, helping to drive store performance and maintain visual excellence
Qualifications:
A successful candidate will have:
Proven experience in a senior stock or inventory control role within a retail environment
Strong understanding of stockroom operations, supply chain logistics, and inventory systems
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
A proactive and hands-on approach to problem solving and process improvement
Ability to lead by example, coach others, and support the development of junior stockroom staff
A collaborative mindset and effective communication skills to work cross-functionally with store teams
