Job Description

McGill's are looking for an experienced

Senior Storekeeper

to support and oversee our stores operations across the business. In this key role, you'll work closely with our local Stores Managers to ensure that stock control, inventory accuracy, and shrink management are maintained to the highest standards.

We're looking for someone who's not just great with numbers and systems, but who can also lead, support, and motivate people across multiple sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual looking to take the next step in their career within a growing, dynamic business.

What you'll do:



Support and oversee Stores keepers across the McGill's network Ensure effective stock control and inventory management processes are in place Drive improvements in shrink management and overall store efficiency Monitor and report on stock performance, ensuring accuracy and accountability Provide coaching, guidance, and support to local stores teams Work closely with procurement and engineering to ensure availability of key parts and materials Be flexible to travel between depots as required

What we're looking for:



Strong background in

warehouse or retail inventory management

Proven experience managing or supporting multiple teams or sites Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills A hands-on leader with strong communication and people skills Confidence in using stock control systems and data to make informed decisions Flexibility to travel to different McGill's locations as needed
