We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Stylist to join our team at

KallysHair

.

We are looking for someone to take charge and lead the team forward, possibly someone who has had their own salon previously and would like to continue this position without the hassle of paying the overheads.

To provide a wide range of hair styling services to clients, including cutting, colouring and styling to ladies, gents and children.

Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate services.

Assist with front desk duties, such as scheduling appointments and handling payments.

Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive salon experience.

Assist with salon management tasks as needed.

REQUIRED:

SVQ 3 In Hairdressing - Level 6 or equivalent (minimum).

Fluent in English and living in or around Glasgow.

Competent in all aspects of hairdressing and styling.

Minimum of 5 years industry experience.

The ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced and high energy environment.

The ability to adapt to the fast-changing demands of the hair / beauty industry.

An obsession for customer satisfaction.

Receptive, approachable and friendly.

PREFERRED:

Colourist great with all hair painting techniques: Balayage, Ombre etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 15 per hour

Expected hours: Starting at 24 hours a week.

Experiences:

stylist: 5 years (preferred)

Hairdressing: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

Hairdressing NVQ/SVQ Level 3 (preferred)
