Job Description

The Flour Pot Bakery is a retail and wholesale artisan bakery with twelve stores in Brighton, Hove and Worthing.

We are seeking an experienced senior supervisor to help run one of our Flour Pot at our store in Hangleton. The right candidate will have similar experience in a high quality cafe environment, have a good understanding and passion for the high end coffee world, with practical know-how around an espresso machine a must. Creating a fantastic customer experience and workplace environment for your team is crucial to this role, as well as personality, drive and a level head. Bar experience is not essential, but desirable.

Opening at 7:30am, we get a steady trade of locals and dog walkers who enjoy coming in for their regular coffee and pastry treat. Moving into lunchtime and early afternoon, we drive a high footfall of families and beach goers, who stop by for a coffee/ spot of lunch o

Shift patterns are normally split into three, either being an open 6:30am-3pm, or a close 9am - 5pm. All of which allowing you to fully enjoy the beach and sunshine either pre or post work.
