To represent Fertility Network UK in Wales, promote the charities services and provide moral support and advice for beneficiaries. To co-ordinate activities across Wales by liaising with individuals, community groups, relevant agencies, health care professionals, hospitals/clinics and providing branch contact for the Chief Executive, Trustees, Volunteers, and other staff. To collate and report on statistics, feedback and data for use in funding bids and annual reports.

. Position is home based with occasional travel throughout Wales.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and lead on all support services and projects undertaken by Fertility Network UK with a focus on Wales.
Line management of staff.
Identify gaps in services and develop provisions where appropriate.
Maintain existing relationships and develop new relationships with stakeholders, attending relevant stakeholder meetings and working with relevant government bodies to influence policy.
Recording and reporting on KPIs for funders and other reports.
Provide support services to beneficiaries by way of our support groups, social media platforms, online chat function and phone services.
Recruit and manage volunteers and develop training programmes alongside other Senior Support Coordinators.
Develop and coordinate our Fertility in the Workplace initiative in Wales.
Liaise with other staff members to ensure cohesive working across the organisation.

Ability to interpret funders KPI's and ensure support is shaped to achieve the desired outputs.
Experience in report writing with both qualitative and quantitative data.

An understanding of the landscape of Wales in relation to healthcare and government.
Knowledge of relevant charity legislation.
Experience of developing and hosting service user events.
Ability to produce tailored reports, presentations and spreadsheets.
Experience of using Microsoft.

Educated to A level standard (or equivalent).
